Want to provide an added level of secure access? Provide color coded wristbands with your event ID imprinted on each wristband. Wristbands can be used for temporary access to control entry of suppliers and setup personnel. Great for move in and move out.

Lanyards PDF Print E-mail

We can provide standard or custom lanyards. Standard lanyards come with a clip on a color 1/4, 3/8 or 1/2 inch wide. Custom lanyards include a clip or ring on a color lanyard. Printing is on both sides in one or two colors. Camera ready or digital artwork is required. Please allow minimum of 2 weeks for delivery, once artwork and job specifications are approved.

 
Badge Holders PDF Print E-mail

Whether you use our registration system or your own, we can provide namebadge holders in a variety of sizes, with string, clips or pins. Our standard sizes hold badge stock sizes 4x4 or 3.5x4 and come with white strings or slots for lanyards with bulldog clips. Holders are clear, or with a 1/4" color border or a 3/4" translucent color strip at the bottom.

If you have a database and would like us to preprint your badges, forward your data to us by email in .csv or .dbf format and we can have your badges printed and ready to ship in 2 days. We’ll even include a percentage of generic badges for late arrivals.

We also offer pre-taped custom ribbons in a variety of formats to indicate Board Members, VIPs, Media, Speakers etc or you can have these categories printed directly on the name badge.

 
Exhibit Photography PDF Print E-mail

We offer exhibitor photographic services, which include booth photos, staff photos, VIP photos, crowd shots, exhibit and product shots. Product shots are best arranged for prior to show hour opening or at the end of the show day. For general event photography covering the days of the event from open to close, we have a day rate that provides show management with access to all photos taken during the event.

Standard high resolution digital images suitable for newsletters, the web, or annual corporate reports. Alternatively, we can provide 8x10 images from 35mm and medium format negatives or slides, offering the highest possible quality.

We offer onsite event photography services for conferences trade shows and corporate events. We can provide you with a complete visual record of your event for your organization and your event sponsors. From grand opening to closing remarks, exhibit halls, round tables , gala awards, we cover it all.

We offer digital, slide or print photographic services, whatever suits your needs. Images can be used for promotional print material, web images, advertisements, or simply to document your event for future refernce.
