We work with our clients prior to the event to ensure their delegates will get their namebadge quickly and avoid lineups. Advance mailings, designated pre-registration pickup counters, VIP and Media registration, separate exhibitor registration and lead retrieval service desks are used to simplify onsite registration.

Color coded name badges and holders are used to assist security in identifying access priviledges at the enrty points. Barcoded badges are used to track attendance and seminar participation as well as for exhibitor lead retrieval.
